SITE COORDINATOR AND PROGRAM MANAGER
While our Lord outlined the final details in Dawn’s journey to CWJC, she waited patiently and listened as He told her to “follow me”. She joins our team with extensive experience in corporate training and client relations. Her expertise in adult education allows her to continually develop the programs of CWJC as we strive to remain current and provide education that is relevant in today’s workplace. Most importantly, Dawn finds joy in serving others. Her gifts, talents and servant’s heart make a true difference as she works directly with our clients acting as a source of encouragement and guidance. You will find that she is cheerful, full of compassion, and provides a powerful level of positivity that is sure to bring a smile to your face.
“CWJC named 2021 The Year of Gratitude and I am extremely grateful to be here. With God at the helm of my life, I am confident that He will direct my path and ask that He use me for His honor and glory.”
But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
Lesley has an extensive background in leadership, corporate education, talent management, and customer service. For over 20 years, she was employed by a financial institution, during which time she led multiple teams, worked in Human Resources and Recruiting, and managed the Training and Development Department. At heart, Lesley is values-driven and has always had passion for encouraging others and helping them reach their fullest potential.
Lesley joined the CWJC team in 2018 as a call to ministry. Her hope is that her corporate experience along with spiritual gifts will be used to help others transform their lives. Lesley strives to lead CWJC in a way that is welcoming, inclusive and shines brightly for Jesus.
“I am humbled to have the opportunity to play a part in all that is happening at CWJC. It is a privilege to serve women who are transforming their lives through education and employment. The personal transformation is visible and progresses with each new day during our 12-week session. Heads are held a little higher and smiles shine brighter as they gain confidence and are embraced with the love of Jesus.”
For we are God’s masterpiece. He created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10
